This one is made from a multi colored textured mermaid scale style towel

for the skirt and straps.

Yellow and white floral towel for the top

Has elastic stretch at the empire waist.

fringe at waist.

Fits a loose medium to Large

Bust: 36-41”

Length: 32” from neckline to hem.
